HOW IT WORKS
No giant funnel. No confusing package menu. We’ll check your nonprofit’s status, identify any website or account requirements, prepare the application, and handle the follow-up. You focus on your mission. We’ll handle the process.
We review your nonprofit status, website, and existing Google accounts.
We identify any requirements to address and prepare the application details.
We guide the submission and follow up on Google’s review requests.
Once your grant account is approved and activated, our one-time approval fee becomes due: 10% of the approved monthly amount.
Google makes all final approval decisions. Separate website services, if needed, are discussed in advance.

WEBSITE NOT READY?
Google reviews your website as part of the application. If yours needs work—or you don’t have one yet—we can explain what’s required and help you get ready.

GOOD TO KNOW
You don’t need to know anything about Google Ad Grants before talking to us.
It’s Google’s advertising program for eligible nonprofits. Approved organizations can receive up to $10,000 per month in credit for ads on Google Search. The benefit is advertising credit; not a cash payment.
Many U.S. organizations with qualifying 501(c)(3) status can qualify if they meet Google’s requirements, including standards for their website. Some types of organizations are excluded. We’ll review your situation with you.
Our approval service carries a one-time fee equal to 10% of your approved monthly amount, due only after your Ad Grants account is approved and activated. For illustration, if the approved monthly amount were $2,000, that would mean a $200 one-time fee, not a monthly charge.
You don’t owe us anything until you're approved; if you get rejected, we'll keep submitting the application until you get approved. If your organization needs separately agreed website work, we’ll discuss its scope and price before any work begins.
Yes. Google expects an active, secure website with helpful, substantial information about your nonprofit. If yours needs improvements—or doesn’t exist yet—we can help you determine what’s needed.
Donations and fundraising campaigns, volunteer opportunities, community events, helpful educational resources, applications for programs, and ways to access your nonprofit’s services; all subject to Google’s policies and relevant search demand.
It depends on what you want to accomplish. Donations, volunteer sign-ups, event registrations, or requests for help. For fundraising, M+R Benchmarks 2026 reported $2.48 in fundraising revenue per $1 spent on search ads. For events, a published Google Ad Grants case study documented 89+ clicks to a nonprofit medical symposium registration page in one month. These are examples from different campaigns, not promises of what yours will achieve.
You can run them yourself, or our team can manage them. Ongoing management is optional and separate from the approval service.
Timing varies with the nonprofit verification process, website readiness, and Google’s review. We’ll explain the likely steps during your eligibility conversation. Typically, we can get most nonprofits approved in 10 days, but your mileage may vary.
